Select ANY  bottle of wine from our adjoining Bayou General Store and pay only store shelf price . . .  NO cork fee! A wonderful way to enjoy a wide variety of wines at fabulous value prices.

“Wine Amnesty”  is available seven days a week, whenever the Bayou General Store is open.Tuesdays ~ All Wines-by-the-Glass are available at half price from Open until Close, every Tuesday!

Outside Cork Fee of $ 10 will apply to wines brought in from sources other than our General Store


Red Wine

Cabernet Sauvignon ~

Trinity Oaks Pinot Noir Saint Helena, California                     Glass -$ 8

Aged in French and American oak, this is a delicious Pinot with ripe strawberry and black cherry nuances. In addition, Trinity Oaks participates in a One Bottle, One Tree program. They plant one tree for every bottle that is sold, so your selection will aid in that effort.


White Wine

Chardonnay ~

Rodney Strong ~ Russian River, Chalk Hill, and Sonoma Coast ~  Bright lemon and apple aromas mingle with hints of toasty barrel complexity.  On the palate, pear and pineapple with spice and refreshing acidity.   Glass-$ 9

Hess Estate Shirt Tail Creek  ~ Napa Valley ~ Aromas of nectarine and white peach.  The palate is citrus with ample acidity; dried apricot and green apple give way to mineral notes and a pleasing lean mouthfeel.               Glass-$8

Clos du Bois ~  California North Coast  ~  This lush Chardonnay tastes like ripe apple and pear with hints of butter, toasty oak and spice.                Glass-$ 8

Toad Hollow Francine’s Selection Unoaked Chardonnay ~   Mendocino  ~  Clean and crisp with a rich and balanced finish.    Glass-$ 8

Haley’s Mill ~  Santa Rosa  ~  Pineapple and melon aromas explode from the glass. A clean, fruit driven, well-balanced Chard with  just a hint of oak.    Glass- $ 7

Pinot Grigio ~

Kris  ~ Della Venezia, Italy  ~  Enticing aromas of acacia flowers, citrus, tangerine, and hints of apricots and almonds. Kris is lean and refreshing on the palate with hints of blossom and honey.                   Glass-$ 8

Estancia ~  Sonoma  ~  Offers fragrant lemongrass notes, with ripe, round peach and tangerine flavors that glide effortlessly along with a juicy, mouthwatering intensity.    Glass-$ 8

Santi Apostoli ~  Della Venezia,  Italy  ~  Aromas and flavors of apple and melon, round texture with lingering mineral and citrus. Focued and clean, with crisp flavors while maintaining a dry finish.                       Glass- $ 7

Codorníu  Cava ~  Spain  ~  More sophisticated than the usual Cava, this Spanish sparkler offers rich, mature toast and vanilla notes. Round and almost sweet on the palate, with a firm backbone of acidity that keeps it crisp and foodfriendly.   $ 7 ~ split
